Rachael Amos PT, DPT, PRPC (She/Her)
Rachael completed both her undergraduate as well as graduate schooling at Simmons College in Boston. Rachael trained in treating pelvic floor disorders through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Academy of American Physical Therapy Association Pelvic Health curriculum. Dr. Amos is qualified to treat: bowel / bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, pregnancy & postpartum, cancer recovery, and transgender health. She is passionate about continuing education, and has achieved further specialization by sitting for the Pelvic Rehabilitation Care Specialist exam. She aims to provide a holistic approach in order to improve patient lives and empower them to achieve their goals.
She has helped countless patients improve their function and would love to help you! When she’s not working with her patients, Rachael loves learning--whether she’s trying
out a new recipe, or brushing up on her italian language skills, she has an unquenchable curiosity
for knowledge. If you have a favorite book or family recipe be sure to share them with her as
well! She looks forward to playing a role in your care.

Isabella (Izzy) Addison PT, DPT
(She/Her)
Isabella (Izzy) completed both her undergraduate and graduate schooling at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Izzy has gained further training in pelvic floor dysfunction through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Health Rehabilitation Institute. She is qualified to treat the following: pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, endometriosis, and PCOS. Izzy is dedicated to healthcare equity and providing exceptional care to all patients. She is passionate about holistic care and collaboration at all levels to improve patient outcomes and make everyone feel welcome.
In her spare time, you’ll be likely to find her listening to music, watching a Broadway show, or baking a new dessert! Dr. Addison is excited to be an integral part of your care team.

Alejandra Murcia Pineda
(She/Her)
Alejandra is the Clinic Coordinator at Connected Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, where she expertly oversees patient scheduling and collaborates closely with stakeholders, passionately advocating for her patients' well-being and her providers’ needs. Committed to advancing her career, Alejandra is pursuing further education in healthcare administration. She thrives in dynamic, hands-on learning environments and values building meaningful connections with patients from the moment they step into the clinic.

Outside of work, Alejandra immerses herself in her studies, enjoys time in nature, and loves experimenting in the kitchen. Whether she's crafting culinary masterpieces or trying new recipes from diverse cultures, she finds joy in every creation, successful or delightfully experimental.
